Just in case you missed the barrage of emails this past week, Thursday marked the beginning of a grand expansion of The Co/Investor Club.
We have a whole announcement scheduled for January, but frankly, this deal with Branded and Shaquille O'Neal for Big Chicken is too extraordinary to pass up - and we had to act now. The 10m raise is nearly filled and we managed to grab the last 750K for you.
It has become clear to us over the past several months that we can be of far greater service to our members by adding onto our focus on microcaps the opportunity for our community to gain access to private investment deals that the public - will never or rarely - see.
We will be leveraging our extensive trust networks throughout the investing world to connect best-in-class lead investors and fund managers to premium members of the Club.

Stock markets had a wild week, with the Dow dropping over 1,100 points on Wednesday after the Fed signaled it may slow the pace of rate cuts. It regained part of that loss on Friday—rising nearly 500 points—as some inflation data came in slightly lower than expected.
For the full week, the Dow dropped about 2.3%, the S&P 500 declined about 2%, and the Nasdaq fell about 1.8%.
As we approach a new year, it’s a good time to reflect on the year we’re leaving behind and plan for the year ahead. There are almost always things we’re glad we accomplished and things we wished we did better—or more did more frequently.
Often, there are big plans we didn’t quite get to start, but where we spent enough time thinking about them that we now know what to do when we’re ready to do it. And maybe, just maybe, 2025 is the year to act.
